Shri Fuliya’s hobby of seeing places is altogether a different story. Due to this hobby, once he took leave of two months and proceeded for “Bharat bhraman”, himself driving his personal car. During this journey, he drove 18900  Kms. and touched almost all the State capitals. During his college days, he had been conferred the awards including Best Story Writer, Best Horse  Rider  and  Best Traveler etc.

 In Hindi films, Meena Kumari and  Raveena Tandon are his favourite heroines whereas  Raj Kapoor and Dileep Kumar are his favourite heroes. Because of  interest in photography,  he has accumulated a collection of  about 20,000 photos of various countries. Another specialty of his life style is that starting from the year 1972; he himself has cooked his food, despite several attendants being available for it.

Habitual to  sleep for only five hours, Shri Fuliya gets up at 4’clock in the morning and engages himself in his routine work. Because of his cordial behaviour, his juniors also respect him. It is his ambition to serve people after retirement and he has  already started efforts for this purpose.

Inke ghoomne ke shauk ki to alag  hi kahani hai. Apne is shauk ke chalate ek baar to do maah ki chhutti lekar swayam car chalate huye  bharat bharman par nikal gaye . Is bharman par inhonne 18900 kilometre ka safar taya kiya  tatha lagbhag sabhi pradeshon ki rajdhani ko chhuwa. Inko apne mahavidyalaya  ke samay mein  Best Story Writer, Best Horse  Rider , Best traveler sahit kai awardon se navaja jaa chuka hai.

 Hindi mein filmon  mein Meena Kumari va Raveena Tandon inki pasandeeda abhinetri  va Raj Kapoor aur Dileep Kumar inke pasandeeda abhineta hain.Apne photographi ke shauk ke chalate inhone ab tak vibhinn deshon ki  lagbhag 20,000 photo ka sagrah jama kar rakha hai.   Inki jeevan shaili ki ek vishesh baat yah hai ki 1972 se lekar aaj tak inhonne darjanon naukar chakar rahte huye bhi  apna khana khud banakar khaya hai.
